Christmas (Finally)

Playing catch up with my posts.

We had a great Christmas.  Christmas this year meant more to me than past years because we got to share it with RR.  I know, I know, he was only a few weeks old and didn’t have a clue what was happening, but still it was super fun having him.

RR got to meet a lot of family.  Here he is with his Great Grandma Keller.

And with his Grandma Gordon and his Cousin Arianna.

Christmas Eve is always spent at my Grandma and Grandpa Erickson’s house.  We all have dinner first followed by opening presents and then Grandma reads the Christmas story and we act it out.  It is an amazing night.

His dad was his guard dog all night long.  With so many cold and flu bugs going around John made sure he stayed safe and germ free 🙂

Grandma Delsa had all of their Great Grandkids get Gramps a new pair of brown jersey gloves for Christmas as a surprise.  Gramps and brown jerseys are like one in the same.  He was so cute opening them all and thought it was a kick.

Since we had the youngest baby at Christmas we got to be Joseph, Mary and Baby Jesus.

After the party at Granny’s was over we came back to Mom and Dad’s to open Christmas Eve Pajamas.  This is Emma helping Peanut get her dress off so she could get her PJs on.

Ok so our family tradition is to have a HUGE breakfast on Christmas morning.  And it’s not only huge, it redefines gluttony.  You see all that haze in the air?  It is the fat of frying meats, eggs and french toast.  Imagine what our arteries look like after.

C29

Every year on Christmas morning Grams, Gramps, Alice and now Leon always make the rounds to all of our houses to see what everyone got.  Here Grams and Gramps are hold the 4 Great grandsons born this year.  Me and all of my sisters-in-law had baby boys.  They are going to have a blast growing up and playing together.

L to R we have Bryce, RR, Charley, and Tommy.
